The Cairo international sewage and water treatment technology exhibition (Watrex Expo) began in 2015. Watrex Expo 2019 is the most professional water industry exhibition in the Middle East and Africa. Organized by AL Awael for International Trade Fairs, the exhibition was also the biggest water industry exhibition in North Africa supported by the Egyptian Prime Minister and Egyptian government bodies like Ministry of Environment and Energy, Municipal Affairs Ministry, Trade and Industry Ministry and Water Resources Ministry.
