About FIGAP 2020:
FIGAP is held every two years by FIGAP, organizer in the Mexican livestock trade show indudstry. From 2010 to 2014, FIGAP was co-organized by FIGAP and VNU for three consecutive times, which once made it become the Mexican VIV exhibition. With the maturity and development of the exhibition, FIGAP started to organize independently in 2016, making it the largest and most influential exhibition in Mexico and an important platform for international enterprises to open the Mexican market.
Patricia Jazo Altamirano, director of FIGAP, said: “the FIGAP is an exhibition in Mexico focusing on agriculture and animal husbandry. We’ve got support from local authorities in livestock and manufacturing. Two parties are confident that both exhibitors and visitors will benefit a lot from the professional exhibition. The animal protein industry in Latin America has repeatedly marked down prices for international suppliers in the inustrial chain from feed to meat. Poultry productions, number of pig bred and dairy productions increased by 5%, 4% and 2% per year, leading to an average annual increase of 5% in feed production. Local producers are facing several challenges. In order to meet the increasing customer demand for healthy and safe products, the application of new technologies and production methods are particularly important. Business opportunities exist throughout the supply chain, including genetics, animal health, feed additives and ingredients, animal slaughtering and meat processing equipment.
Review of Last Exhibition:
The total area of FIGAP in 2018 was 12000 square meters, attracting more than 12500 viewers to visit the exhibition within 3 days. More than 280 exhibitors from 19 countries and regions participated, including Mexico, the United States, China, France, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, Brazil, Switzerland, Italy, Taiwan and so on. Among them, there are 33 Chinese enterprises, including Zhengchang, Goldenest, Hexie, Chuanheng,Shandong Lukang.
