Vietstock’14 touring report

         Another year was coming, as the sole agent of the china pavilion, Beijing Ann’s International Exhibitions Co., Ltd visited Vietnam again. From 2008 till now, the clients who had been there before decide to go with us this year as well. This is a kind of evidence to show how wonderful the Vietnam market is. It’s my honor to be the leader of this show. Although I was the first time go to Vietnam, I am very familiar with the clients before as the old friend. Vietstock’14 is held by European famous Expo company UBM every two year. the show is a international show and the major sector is import and export show, which is the biggest, most influence, highest degree show. This show is in order to bring the great business opportunity for the company who are doing economic cooperation, technical transformation, investment, business discussions, import and export trade, products agency and so on. It is the best time for the clients to do the trading ,economic organization, investment and exhibiting. There are 38 Chinese exhibitors join in the show, and the primary exhibitors are cultivation equipment, veterinary drug, feed supplement, and feed machinery. Let me share the details of this show as follows:

 

         

The clients are equally come from South and North. So arrange of the flight are broad. Our group has come from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and finally we get together in Hong Kong. Special remind: when transferring in Hong Kong, there will be a second security check, we advice the clients booking in T3 or buying when you come back to Hong Kong, in case that the bought things cannot be taken on the flight.

 

       

Because of the smashing to Taiwan enterprise in Vietnam in May, in order to be security for ourselves, we choose the international five star hotels in the downtown of the capital, located near the Saigon River. This is a hotel with high safety factor and perfect facilities. It takes us 20 minutes to drive from hotel to the show venue. And the shopping is also very convenient, and it takes us 5 minutes to get to Parkson. And the breakfast is also wonderful. It is said by one of the clients that the breakfast of this hotel can be the biggest, especially for the Vietnam special food Soto Daging.

 

      

Our group went to Vietnam on 13th October. The organizer send the car to pick us up in the airport. There is also a surprise during the dinner, when one of beauty of Ningxia Tairui has her birthday, our guide bring the birthday cake and we all sing the birthday song. That was the moment when all the people in our group feel the wonderful family atmosphere, and we cannot even feel the tired caused by the long time flight! The second day is our move-in time. It is still hot in October in Vietnam, in order to make the exhibiting successful, everyone are trying their best to complete the whole arrangement. On that noon, guide arrange a wonderful local buffet for us. There is a food called Balut full of nutritious. I hope everyone could have the chance to try that. After the lunch time, we went to Notre Dame Cathedral and old post office. Now I still miss the blue sky and white cloud there. And we also taste the local famous coffee. We all forget the tire and hot to enjoy the wonderful view, and use the free Wifi to talk to each other freely. We have supper, roast suckling pig, on Saigon River, which is the happiest dinner we have with the wonderful views. It is another people’s, we call him doctor, birthday. We arrange the wine and the birthday cake to celebrate his birthday. And we also dance with the exhibitors and foreigner friends. This time, our journey divided into two group, and the other of us went to beautiful Mui Ne with long beach, sea waves, soft sand and so on. It is never waste of time for us to take a long trip here. We lived in Sea links resort hotel. When you open the window, you can see the sea, and spring blossoms, something like that. Except for the substantial breakfast, all we taste is Vietnam food with fish sauce and seafood feast, as well as fruit. I am still missing the particular taste. We visit White Sand Dunes, Fairy Spring and Red Beach. What a wonderful place!

 

       

This expo is held at SECC in Ho Chi Minh city. There is 250 exhibitors in 30 coutries including America, French, England, Germany, Spanish, Italy, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Vietnam. And Ann’s Exhibition convenes 22 companies including 29 people. The feedback is very good. Some of the clients has already have the agent there, and one of the clients of Beijing booked three visitors in a forenoon time. One of the clients in Liyang who brings the equipments even sold them to the local clients. Every evening , there is the clients who went to see the local clients. There are even seven exhibitors booked the willing form for next expo in 2016. And there are four clients wish to join in our group next time. It last three days of the show. There is a big ceremony in the first day. And there are many visitors in first two days.  There is more and more people in the visitors’ registration center. And there are more people in the afternoon than in the morning. I think the qualities of the visitors are much more better than before. This year, we ask for the meal coupons to save the time of going outside for the lunch. And it is very good for organizer to give us.

 

        

Our CEO Ms Annie is supervisor who checks my work and the service of the guide during the whole trip, which makes me feel press. But with the support and encourage of our more than 20 group members, I feel more confidence. The efficiency of this Vietnam group is the highest among the group I lead. First, no one is late for the gathered time, everyone went to the hall and wait for the bus during the exhibiting days. How enthusiasm they are! In order to contact with them in Vietnam, we hold a small advising meeting to remind the clients the announcements, the price of the translator, the tips during shopping and so on. Ms Annie also reminds the clients the taste in Vietnam. It is very nice, isn’t it? We also prepare the gift, the set-up allocation and other services. Do we built a webchat group called together to win the world, how individual it is!

 

 

Lots of the local people use Vietnamese in Vietnam, so it is better to employ a Chinese-English-Vietnamese translator, which helps a lot during exhibiting.

Motorcycle is the most used vehicle for the local people. Please take care your property while you are taking a photo. In total, the public security is good in Ho Chi Minh.

About the diet, the taste is light in Vietnam; the clients in North do not like it. But our advice is eat some spicy when you first get into Vietnam.
