The trip to Vietnam

VIETSTOCK 2016 has been held again in SECC, where is the CBD of Vietnam. The show has been the leading and professional exhibition in South-east Asia with the development for 12 years. As the Chinese agent, Beijing Anns Exhibition collected over 40 companies to attend the show, which provide an excellent platform and help Chinese companies enter Vietnam market.
Ho Chi Ming City is the Vietnam’s economic center and the largest transportation hub. Ho Chi Ming City is located in the tropics and the climate is very hot, which is different from that in Beijing.
Pre exhibition preparation
For me, this is the first time to lead the delegate to attend the show，and this is also my first time to go abroad. I feel a little nervous for the problem which maybe come. Before we set off, our boss and colleague carefully remind me what problem I may confront and then how to deal with. What most important is do not be nervous when confront with the problem.
On the first day, the airplane is late because of the bad weather. When we arrived in hotel, the time was already late. After all the clients check in, Wendy and me prepared for the show, we collected slipcovers, adhesive tape, scraper and other tools for the exhibition arrangement tomorrow.
On the second day, due to the time arrangement of Exhibition hall, we plan to have a travel firstly and arrange the booth after lunch. During the travel, everyone enjoy fun, the team atmosphere gradually rising. During the exhibition, we conducted smoothly, we checked the clients information and helped them to arrange the booth and settled problems onsite.
In the evening, we arrange night cruise which is preferred by our clients. After we enjoyed the charming night of Ho Chi Ming City and watched Vietnamese warships and cargo ship, then we were back to hotel to have a rest, so that we can store energy for tomorrow’s official launch. This evening, we also prepare the things which need send to our clients, such as candy, snacks, paper cups, kettle and so on.
Exhibition Process
The first day of the show, we all come to the exhibition early, our clients are all on formal suit with high spirits, waiting for visitors and buyers.
Viestock is held by UBM, which is a famous exhibition company. As a professional and first class exhibition in South-east area, Viestock 2016 welcomed 250 companies from 30 countries, including United States, France, Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy, Holland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea, Hongkong, Taiwan, Singapore and Vietnam.
The number of Chinese clients up to 70, which all main produce machinery, veterinary medicine, feed additives and other poultry products. During the three days of the exhibition, the quantity of visitors is large, our exhibitors all were talking with customers. Many exhibitors express that the effect of the exhibition is very good.
It is the first time for Cangzhou Mujiang Nanbei Agriculture & Animal Husbandry Machinery CO.,LTD to attend the Viestock, who book a 36-sqm booth. While the effect onsite is very good, their staffs all are very busy. It is the first time for them to develop the Vietnam market, and they found the potential of the Vietnam. Now Vietnam is a developing country mainly based on agriculture, animal husbandry, the market is very suitable for the products of Cangzhou Mujiang Nanbei, therefore they booked a 72-sqm booth onsite for next year.
Part of companies, which are majoring in veterinary drug and feed additives, also expressed that the effect is very good. Due to the development of the Vietnam breeding industry, Vietnam has become a huge market for Chinese related companies.
On site of Viestock, Our company—Beijing Ann’s International Exhibitions Co.,Ltd had already booked and sold out many booths for Viestock 2018. Buhler, Huanan, Hengxin and Mujiang Nanbei have booked big space- only Booths, thus there are only some small space-only booths and standard booths remaining.
Everyone was busy during the 3 days. Time passed quickly and the return journey was very smooth, we arrived warm home in the evening of the end day. Nearly a week we all get along with each other, look forward to meeting you next time in Vietnam. We also hope that our exhibition can bring more business opportunities and markets, and our company can provide better service for you.
special tip
1、On site of Viestock, many local visitors didn’t understand English, suggest you find a local language, which will help you to carry on a better communication.
2、The climate is hot during the exhibition, especially when we arrange the booth, the temperature is very high, but the air conditioning is not opened. Suggest you wear short sleeved and cambric shirt.
3、Many supermarkets in Vietnam support to use credit cards, so don’t need to exchange a number of Vietnamese shield.
4、Free wifi will be provided in exhibition hall, but effect of the wifi may not so good in some space of the hall.
5、The fruit of Vietnam is very delicious and cheap. Maybe you cannot bring them back, but you can have a full enjoy.
