April 4th is China's Ching Ming Festival, due to time and place, I can only silently wish and miss. Packed my bags where mainly is intimate gift for our customers who will attend the Asia Show, such as slippers, backpacks, conversion plugs, luggage tag, stapler, tape, paper cups, candy, coffee, tea, snacks and so on. For the convenience of customers travel, we specially arranged for customers to start off from the local airport, therefore our customers set out in batches from Shanghai, Beijing, Nanning and other places. We have arranged the Cathay Pacific, and we will transit in Hongkong. Because of the different flights and different time, our customers divided into several groups to arrive in Kuala Lumpur. Our tour guide took our English name brand "Ann, s Exhibition" at the airport customs office, waited for our arrival and safely sent us to the hotel. There is a small episode in the exit process. When one customer who carry their own load exhibits has security checks at the exit of the airport, he had been stopped by the customs to check out of the box. The same thing happens to our customers of Huzhou Hengxin, due to his personal exhibits with carton packaging is too large, and the outlook appears to be quite irregular baggage. Therefore, they were stopped to check out of the box, and were fined 200 ringgit, through our constant negotiation, the above two people together spent a total of 300 Ma. Talk about these cases, in order to remind the company which will go to Malaysia, if there is a case with exhibits as far as possible not too large, not even use a simple carton to pack it. About the Exhibition
April 5th, it is the day to arrange the exhibition, with the requirements of our customers, this morning we went out to visit the urban scenic spots. Such as the palace of the former president, the Royal Garden, the monument, the independent Park, the water mosque, etc. After feed our eyes on the beautiful scenery, we slowly enjoyed the local featuring gourmet. The fragrance of Bak Kut Teh linger, and the smell of herbal spices flavor overflowing, in addition, the bread chicken is very delicious. Because Malaysian Islam doesn't drink, the local wine is a little expensive. Because the local Chinese are in the majority, the taste is very suitable for us. After the full meal, we went to the exhibition hall, when we arrived at the exhibition hall, the construction of booth had been completed. After our leader got the cards, our customers entered the hall and start to decorate booth, we found that the efficiency of our organizer was very high and the whole work had no mistakes. We spent the whole afternoon completing the decoration of the booth, and after the whole day, everyone is exhausted. Thus, after the dinner, we all went back to the hotel to have a good rest and welcome the first day of the exhibition with a good mental outlook.
On the first day of the exhibition in April 6th, the organizers arranged a small opening ceremony at 10 am. The exhibition hall is crowded, especially the audience registration area, where exist a long line. The exhibition opened 5 halls, and the exhibition area is about 6000 square meter. Hall 1 and hall 2 are used for the water treatment and national delegation; hall 4 and hall5 are for the pump valve and the exhibitors who acquire for the large area and special equipment. Hall 6 is the International Pavilion. There are many national delegations who are from China, Singapore, Taiwan, Spain, Australia, Bavaria, South Korea, Thailand and so on. What is worth mentioning is the construction of the Chinese delegation, who used the red color as the theme and matched with yolk yellow, used the Chinese dragon as the background, what’s more, and there are many characters --china on the baffle plate. These all above make the Chinese booth very outstanding among many delegations.
On the second day of the exhibition in April 7th,today the organizers arranged a large opening ceremony, many local government officials came to attend the ceremony. The exhibition site is filled with many red carpets and bright lights. Exhibition popularity is still very high, there are so many people that you have to squeeze through the 2.5- meter- wide aisle. The Chinese exhibition booths are very popular with the visitors, many visitors gather at the Chinese booth to watch the products and ask about the related information. The product information, catalogs, business cards are in short supply, we even suggest them to scan the two-dimensional code to share the product information.
On the third day of the exhibition in April 8th, compared with the domestic exhibition, the exhibition site of the Asia Water Show still remained constant stream of people. At 4 p.m., it is the time to close the hall. Although broadcast has been kept to be notified that it is the time to close the hall, no one wants to leave the place, neither the exhibitors nor the visitors. Until the security personnel stop people entering into the hall in the entrance, the exhibitors tore the exhibition painting, contacted the customer to take away the samples or sent the samples to the agents who also attended the exhibition, and arranged everything before they leave.
Compared with the previous year, China's exhibitors area increased by about 50% this year, many international well-known enterprises attend the exhibition, such as Southern pump, Leo group, Hangzhou membrane, China Building Material Group, Terry high membrane, Yuyao No.4 instrument factory, Hangzhou Xingyuan filtering and so on. The effect of the exhibition this year is so good that most companies intend to continue to participate in the exhibition next year. Especially the Hangzhou Xingyuan express that their company will participate in the next exhibition and expand the exhibition area. The Asia Water Show has a high rate of repeating exhibiting. The number of the visitors up to 15000, who are from 63countries, increased by 30% compared to the year of 2014. And the number of the exhibitors up to 829 increased by 25% compared with the year of 2014, who are from 48 countries. And the exhibition products mainly are the water purification products. We all look forward to the next exhibition in 2 years, we believe that in the next Asia Water Show, we will witness the growth of the Beijing Ann’s International Exhibitions Co., Ltd, the development of Malaysia and the greater progress and innovation in 2018.
